Shipping Methods & Delivery Charges

SF Express is our designated courier company for orders to Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Singapore. Delivery charges to the above areas would be quoted and charged according to SF Express rates.

 

Hong Kong Orders

Enjoy free delivery for orders above HKD 799 (except heavy and bulky items).

For orders below HKD 799 and up to 3kg, a flat delivery cost of HKD 30 is applicable.

If the order is received on weekdays before 11 AM, the goods will arrive the next day. Regular delivery is within 1-2 working days. For special delivery arrangements, please contact Customer Service.

We also provide an In-Store Pickup service at our local shop in Discovery Bay (G68, DB Plaza Block C). Orders typically will be ready for pick-up in 1-2 working days. When picking up your order, please present your email order confirmation to our staff and provide your original identity proof and account login name to verify your identity. If we are not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order(s) is yourself or your authorised representative, we will refuse the collection of the order(s) in order to safeguard your interest.

Free delivery within Discovery Bay only is possible for orders HKD 599 and up. Please contact us via email hello@felixandmina.com or Whatsapp 5602-2326 for more information.

 

Macau Orders

Enjoy free delivery for orders above HKD 1900 (except heavy and bulky items). For orders below HKD 3000 and up to 3kg, a flat delivery cost of HKD 55 is applicable.

The usual delivery time is 3-5 working days after dispatch.

 

Mainland China Orders

Enjoy free delivery for orders above HKD 1900 (except heavy and bulky items). For orders below HKD 3000 and up to 3kg, a flat delivery cost of HKD 95 is applicable.

The usual delivery time is 3-5 working days after dispatch.

 

Singapore Orders

Enjoy free delivery for orders above HKD 3000 (except heavy and bulky items). For orders below HKD 3000 and up to 3kg, a flat delivery cost of HKD 150 is applicable. 

The usual delivery time is 4-7 working days after dispatch. 

 

International Orders

Enjoy free delivery for orders above HKD 3000 (except heavy and bulky items). Please contact us via email hello@felixandmina.com or Whatsapp 5602-2326 for a shipping quote when you purchase for an amount of less than HKD 3000. 

You are also responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". These are determined by the individual country, refusing to pay duties will not return the package to us and we will not be able to issue a refund. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

 

Urgent Delivery

If you need an urgent delivery, please feel free to email us at hello@felixandmina.com or Whatsapp at 5602-2326 for a special arrangement.

Depending on the weight and size of the order, additional delivery costs may apply. In this case, we will contact you to arrange.

 

Incorrect Address/Orders

We are unable to change the details of an order once it has been placed. Please contact Customer Care by calling or WhatsApp 5602-2326 or email hello@felixandmina.com if you have made an error and we will try to halt your order, however, due to fast processing times this is not guaranteed.

While we do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, we will always try to accommodate amendments where possible. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully. 

All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.

If there is any dispute. felix & mina management reserves the right to the final decision.

 

Returns

You have 10 days calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges or cancellations are not allowed.
