The initial concept of “felix & mina” and our philosophy, “Live the Moment!” was established in 2002 in Frankfurt, Germany, by passionate mothers who love "Mini" fashion. We aimed to create children’s wear that features great design while also being safe for kids and the environment.

When our family relocated to Hong Kong in 2017, we expanded our business into Asia. Our first flagship store opened in January 2021 in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong. In October 2024, we embarked on a new chapter by acquiring one of the most popular online toy shops in Hong Kong, kINDERSPIEL, to further our exciting journey in the digital realm.
